Where does BSS provide wedding draping?

Our published service area runs from Utah County north through the Boise area. Tell us the venue city and date so we can confirm your location, the services available and any delivery or travel costs.

Mesa, Arizona: a 25-mile service radius
Our Arizona service area is within 25 miles of Horne and University in Mesa. Send the exact venue address to confirm coverage and available services. An Arizona city name alone does not establish that an address is inside this service area.
What does the draping cover?
Ceiling canopy, side walls and end walls are separate parts of the room treatment. Choose the look you need, then confirm the covered areas in the package and written quote.
- Base canopy and side walls
- Base includes overhead canopy draping and draping along both long side walls. With suitable approved eyebolts/backboards, it accommodates rooms up to approximately 115 × 70 ft. Room dimensions alone do not establish installation suitability.
- One end-wall upgrade
- The four-panel end-wall option covers one end wall up to 50 ft wide. Combined with the two included side walls, that means three covered walls total. Four panels do not mean four covered walls.
- Freestanding framework
- The framework upgrade includes installation and takedown for rooms up to 90 ft long. Longer installations require at least three months' lead time and individual scope and pricing review. Additional framework quantities do not automatically extend the approved room-length limit.
Send photos showing basketball hoops, accordion doors and other features you want concealed. We assess their position and the intended coverage before confirming what the installation can hide.
How much venue access does installation need?
Standard draping
Setup: approximately 2½–3 hours.
Takedown: approximately 1½–2 hours.
With framework
Setup: approximately 3½–4 hours.
Takedown: approximately 2¼–2¾ hours.
Framework adds approximately one hour of setup and 45 minutes of takedown. These are planning estimates; confirm the actual venue access window and event schedule with BSS.
BSS handles installation and removal for the included draping scope. Confirm approved attachment points and restrictions with the venue. Do not assume existing fixtures can be used. Decorative ceiling fabric is separate from outdoor weather shelter; tell us whether you need indoor styling or tent coverage.
What should I send for an accurate draping quote?
- Your event date, venue name and full address.
- Room length, width and ceiling height, if available.
- Wide photos showing the ceiling, walls, attachment points and features to conceal.
- The package or look you prefer and whether lighting or an end wall is needed.
- Earliest setup access, event start time and the time takedown can begin.
- Venue contact and any installation restrictions.
Ask BSS to distinguish the rental subtotal, included installation and removal, confirmed fees, and costs still to confirm. Delivery, travel, any taxes and custom work must be addressed in your quote. Submitting an inquiry does not itself reserve your event date.
