The 16×16 floor provides 112 more square feet than 12×12. The 20×20 provides 144 more than 16×16. These are footprint calculations, not standing or dancing capacity limits. The listed dimensions describe the floor; ask BSS to confirm the complete installation footprint and needed clearances.
Prices are the listed rental rates, not a final delivered event total. Delivery, travel, any separate installation charge, taxes and final scope remain part of the reviewed quote. A floor is separate from the draping packages.

- Mark where the dance floor could sit on your venue plan and include the room dimensions.
- Show tables, chairs, DJ equipment, entrances and walking routes. Floor area should not be treated as the whole event layout.
- Send wide photos of the installation surface and access route, including any stairs, narrow doors or obstacles.
- Confirm the event date and the venue’s setup and removal access windows.
BSS confirms the suitable size and installation scope with your venue details. White or LED finishes are custom inquiries, not promised bookable alternatives to the listed dark maple floors.
Outdoor floors need a surface check.
OSB subfloor beneath the dance floor; reasonably level, dry ground. Uneven ground or slopes require site evaluation. No installation in rain. The subfloor does not remove the need to review the site. Share the ground condition and any slope in advance rather than assuming the floor can level an unsuitable area.
Allow about one hour for installation and about one hour for removal. Confirm access with the venue before relying on those windows for your schedule.

BSS works from Utah County through the Boise area; availability and fulfillment are confirmed for your address and date. Arizona service is within 25 miles of Horne and University in Mesa, with 12×12 and 16×16 floors. BSS delivery, installation, and takedown; no customer pickup. The 20×20 floor and white/LED options are not part of the current Arizona offering.
