Grand Canopy includes all four draping/lighting upgrades. Grand Ballroom includes one 12×12 floor at the fixed package price of $1,600 — $300 above Grand Canopy. The 12×12 floor rents separately for $299. Freestanding pipe-and-drape support where approved eyebolts are absent is a separate $300 upgrade, subject to venue evaluation. Grand with that support is $1,600 before unconfirmed delivery/travel and any taxes.
This private V2 builds an estimate; it does not confirm live inventory, final fees or a booking.
With suitable venue-approved eyebolts and basketball backboards, Base accommodates rooms up to approximately 115 × 70 ft. 4 panels cover one end wall up to 50 ft wide. With Base’s two long side walls, that is 3 covered walls total—not four walls. The $300 framework upgrade includes installation and takedown for rooms up to 90 ft long. Longer framework installations require at least 3 months’ lead time and individual scope/pricing review. Framework runs along the room’s length; width does not set this upgrade’s coverage. Standard access: 2½–3 hours setup and 1½–2 hours takedown. With framework: 3½–4 hours setup and 2¼–2¾ hours takedown. Base, Ambiance, and Most Popular describe setup/teardown through the Base scope. Confirm the exact room coverage and final scope for your venue. In Arizona, BSS handles delivery, installation, and takedown for all five packages; customer pickup is unavailable. Furnishings and decor visible in photos are not automatically included. Delivery, any taxes, venue fit, and availability require confirmation.
