One current format. Three ways to plan it.
The current BSS format is 3-inch round acrylic magnets. Other sizes and formats are not currently offered. The choice is when the photos are prepared and whether you want a staffed experience during the reception.

All three approaches need a custom quote. No per-guest price or unlimited output is implied. Guest volume, supplies and the practical requirements of your event are confirmed with BSS.
When prepared magnets are the useful starting point.
Use the pre-made option when you want magnets featuring your selected photo ready ahead of the event. Begin with an estimated quantity and the photo you want BSS to use. Both the order and the photo must be provided by the advance deadline shown above.
If your event is closer, ask BSS to assess timing before relying on the service. Do not assume a last-minute order is available. Photo selection, design approval, quantity and delivery details belong in the reviewed order.
When you want a live reception experience.
The live station is staffed for 2 hours. During that window, magnets are made for guest requests. Discuss where the station will sit, power, guest-service requirements and the proposed service window with BSS and the venue.
The staffed service period is not a guarantee that every guest will receive a magnet or that unlimited magnets can be produced. BSS confirms your event’s needs and supplies in the quote. Keep any access or venue restrictions visible when planning the station.
Combining the two.
A combined plan pairs prepared couple magnets with the live station. Include the pre-made quantity separately from your expectations for the staffed reception experience so the team can review both parts. Do not treat the live service as extra pre-made inventory or assume the prepared order extends the staffed window.
What to send for a keepsake quote.
- Event date and venue address, so BSS can confirm service availability.
- Pre-made, live or combined preference.
- Estimated pre-made quantity and selected photo, if relevant.
- Preferred live service window, guest-service requirements and venue space/power details.
- Any delivery or timing constraints you already know.
Availability is confirmed for your region and event. Do not infer Arizona keepsake availability from its draping and dance-floor offering. Final price, supplies and delivery remain to confirm.
