The installation story
BSS supplied draping and tenting for this gym reception. The furnished-room view shows round tables and a rectangular dance area within the canopy setting. Those visible details describe the event layout; the confirmed BSS scope for this story is the draping and tenting.
A planning idea from this room
Keep guest seating, dancing and walkways in the same room plan. The usable layout matters as much as the overall floor area when discussing canopy placement.
Photos show the complete event setting. Furniture, flowers, lighting and other decor pictured are not automatically included in your BSS quote.
